Mini Challenges Series- Challenges That Will Change Your Life

Starting this week I’ll begin a series of mini-challenges. These are challenges you can do today with little or no preparation, just some guts.

In the past I have done challenges that have varied in length from 7 all the way up to 60 days. mini-challenge-seriesThe idea of these challenges was to either try a new way of life or develop a new habit.

The goal of the mini-challenges is to shift your perspective, get you out of your comfort zone, or both. These challenges that will change your life for the better.
