Dude, you broke the challenge!

So, you tried a challenge and you failed. Miserably.

Your rocket blew up all over the launch pad.

Your dream of killer abs, guitar greatness, or writing the Great American Novel are scattered across a debris field.

It’s over, you just can’t do it. You’re not cut out for this. This always happens.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Ok, quit being so dramatic.

You slipped up and made a mistake. It’s part of the process.

Dust yourself off, and start fresh. Tomorrow is a new day.

No! Don’t wait ’til tomorrow. You’ll only dig the hole deeper.

In your moment of clarity, recommit NOW.

Tell yourself, “No!” It’s one of the most gut-wrenching and liberating things you can do.

Tell yourself, “I can do this.”

“It ain’t about how hard you hit, it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward,
how much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! If
you know what you’re worth, then go out and get what you’re worth. But you
gotta be willing to take the hits and not pointin’ fingers saying you ain’t
where you wanna be because of him, her, or anybody! Cowards do that, and that
ain’t you! You’re better than that!” -Rocky Balboa

Yeah, I just quoted Rocky…

Habit-forming isn’t about perfection it’s about persistence.

You can do it!

As always, ChallengeAway!

Tell me about a time you failed miserably and got back. Everyone loves a comeback story. Leave your comments below.
